Radiation oncology group names Muthana Al-Ghazi a top teacher
The clinical professor and director of medical physics in UC Irvine’s Department of Radiation Oncology and at the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center is one of 39 people nationwide selected as Educators of the Year.
UC Irvine’s Muthana Al-Ghazi, Ph.D., has been recognized as an Educator of the Year by the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology, in partnership with the American Society for Radiation Oncology. Al-Ghazi is a clinical professor and the director of medical physics in UC Irvine’s Department of Radiation Oncology and at the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. Thirty-nine educators nationwide were selected this year.
