Shocktoberfest kicks off basketball practice season
Sixth annual event is the largest celebration of its kind on the West Coast, featuring dances, concert and spirit rally.
UCI’s season-opening events for basketball are the largest and longest running in Southern California, with sold-out attendance of more than 5,500 for the past five years. The celebration this year takes place on the heels of UCI reclaiming the Guinness world record for the largest dodgeball game Sept. 21 with 4,488 participants.
