EVENT:  The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at University of California, Irvine (OLLI at UCI) is celebrating 25 years of achievement in bringing together mature minds in a vibrant learning environment. A festive gala will be held to recognize the contributions of past and present members, volunteers, staff and local community supporters.

BACKGROUND:  Founded in 1997 by a small group of determined mature learners – and endowed by the Bernard Osher Foundation in 2006 – the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at University of California, Irvine has offered world-class education and social opportunities to older adults throughout Orange County for the past 25 years. OLLI at UCI continues to grow and thrive alongside a national network of 125 OLLI programs and remains committed to serving their growing community of learners through impactful and transformative educational experiences.
