Orange County’s COVID-19 hospitalizations exceed 1,000 patients

“It’s hard to say when this will go down,” Andrew Noymer, an epidemiologist and UC Irvine professor of [public] health, told City News Service. “…I still don’t think you need to hide in the basement, but people need to align their activity with their risk and the risk they pose to others. … Now I think people can still go out, but … if you’re living with a great grandmother or you’re immunocompromised for whatever reason then you need to realize there’s still a pandemic raging.”
