This is a story about some of the individuals and organizations who are volunteering their time and efforts to help unhoused folks … Deyanira Nevárez Martínez, Ph.D. candidate in Urban Planning and Public Policy at UC Irvine, has been instrumental during the pandemic in delivering 10,000 lunches to people living on the streets, through the non-profit organization, Transforming Trips.
