What do Michael Jackson, a 35-inch-tall cow named Swallow and UCI students have in common? They can all boast entries in the Guinness book of world records. The Anteaters earned the distinction Wednesday, Sept. 22, when 1,745 players at the Bren Events Center competed in the largest-ever dodgeball game. In a blog entry posted Wednesday, Sept. 29, on the Guinness website, adjudicator Kimberly Partrick gave a shout-out to UCI’s “enthusiastic students,” who shattered the previous record of 1,198 participants.
