Kaitlyn Alvarez Noli, a doctoral candidate in the Department of Planning, Policy and Design, was recently awarded a $20,000 Haynes Lindley Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship to uncover why stakeholders are often constrained in their efforts to limit that pesticide application.
