Opinion: Grave threats to voting rights in the Wisconsin election

Michele Goodwin, Chancellor’s Professorship at UCI writes, “Both the Wisconsin and United States Supreme Courts issued stunning blows to the people of Wisconsin.  At stake was one of the most sacredly held rights of our democracy—the right to vote. The state’s election would take place without delay—despite the world being gripped by a devastating pandemic …. There would be no extension for absentee ballots either.”
