EVENT: UCI Illuminations: The Chancellor’s Arts and Culture Initiative will kick off its second annual authors series – which brings acclaimed writers to campus for free, public book talks and signings – with celebrity chef Simon Majumdar, who penned Fed, White and Blue: Finding America With My Fork.

WHEN/WHERE: 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, in the Crystal Cove Auditorium at the Student Center (bldg. 113, grid E8 on campus map: https://communications.uci.edu/documents/pdf/UCI_16_map_campus_core.pdf)
